7 Essential Grooves
7 essential grooves explains the basic groooves that most rhythms are based on. You can play along or just listen. There is improvisational playing over the basic grooves so that you can get ideas how the grooves can be interpreted. Slow 4, Medium 4, fast four, Slow 6, medium 6, Fast six, and then a mix of both three beat and four beat together.

I worked with Guro Dan Inosanto for over ten years developing these incredible rhythmic training tools for martial arts. Dan is one of the most dedicated teachers and a highly evolved person. This CD is a testament to his inspiration and talent. It was my honor to work with him!
